The figaro pattern alternates one elongated link with a run of shorter ones, giving the chain a rhythm along its length rather than a flat repeat. Here it is worked in sterling silver 925 at 4.6mm, the links twisted and polished so the sequence stays legible from across a room.
This is statement weight. Above 4mm a chain earns its place on its own, and the long-and-short sequence is the reason to leave it uncovered. Four drops are made: 40cm at the base of the neck, 45cm just under the collarbone, 50cm on the chest, and 55cm mid-chest and past most necklines. Wide figaro reads particularly well on an open shirt.
Italian-made sterling silver 925. The alloy darkens slowly with wear, which is normal for it — a silver cloth worked along the flat faces of the links lifts the colour again. Posted across Australia with insured Express Post.
