Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Afterpay and Link). Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation.
Shipping
We ship within Australia only, by insured Express Post ($16 flat rate). Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check measurements carefully before ordering — every listing states the chain’s width and available lengths, and we are happy to help you choose: email admin@silverchains.com.au.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
Product descriptions
We photograph our chains as accurately as possible, but screen colours vary and dimensions may differ by a fraction of a millimetre, as is normal for jewellery manufacture.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
