Round, evenly weighted links run the length of this belcher chain, each one the same thickness the whole way round and set close so the chain reads as a continuous run of gold. It is built in solid gold at 2.3mm and offered in both 9ct and 18ct.
That 2.3mm gauge is everyday territory: enough presence to be seen bare against a shirt collar, enough strength to carry most pendants. Four lengths are listed — 40cm (16″), 45cm (18″), 50cm (20″) and 60cm (24″) — running from the base of the neck down to a drop that clears a jumper.
