Solid gold cable construction: plain round links, each one turned a quarter-turn from the last, running 2.3mm across. It is made in both 9ct and 18ct yellow gold, so the depth of colour is yours to choose. Every link is closed and polished all round, which is what keeps the line even from clasp to clasp.
At 2.3mm this is an everyday weight. It reads clearly on bare skin and will carry most pendants without straining. Four lengths are offered: 40cm (16″) at the base of the neck, 45cm (18″) just below the collarbone, 50cm (20″) on the chest, and 60cm (24″) lower again, where it clears a shirt collar.
Made in Italy in solid 9ct or 18ct yellow gold, with no plating anywhere, so nothing can wear back to a different metal underneath and daily wear is no problem.
