Rolo links are round and uniform, each soldered closed and turned through the one before, which leaves a chain with no flat faces and no obvious front or back. Here they are worked at 3mm in sterling silver 925, giving a broad, even line without much weight per centimetre.
Three millimetres is enough to sit confidently with nothing hanging from it, and it will happily carry a solid pendant or a locket. Three lengths are offered: 45cm (18″), 50cm (20″) and 60cm (24″). At 45cm the chain rests just under the collarbone; at 60cm it reaches mid-chest, where the round links catch light across a plain top.
