Rhodium plated silver chain with small beads

Small beads sit between the links of a very fine cable here, at a link width of 0.7mm — about as slight as a wearable chain gets. The base metal is sterling silver 925, rhodium plated for a cool white tone, and up close the beads are what separate it from a plain cable.

0.7mm is genuinely fine and delicate, so this is one to wear alone for a faint line at the throat, or with something small and light hung from it. The length is 41cm with a 5cm extender, closing snug at the throat or running out to collarbone height. Under an open shirt it registers as a shimmer more than a piece of jewellery.

Made in Italy from sterling silver 925, then rhodium plated — a hard white surface that stays bright with very little attention.
