Figaro silver chain 3mm

Figaro chains run to a set rhythm: one elongated link, then a short group, then the long link again. This one is cut in sterling silver 925 at 3mm wide, the links flattened and polished so they lie flush against each other. The repeat is regular enough to read as a deliberate pattern from across a room.

Three millimetres puts it firmly in substantial territory. It holds its own with nothing hanging from it and takes a heavy pendant without looking overloaded. Lengths run 45cm, 50cm and 55cm — collarbone, chest and mid-chest respectively, with the 55cm clearing most shirt collars.
