Every order ships by insured Express Post for a flat $16, Australia-wide. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order; Express Post typically delivers in 1–2 business days once posted. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Chains are precise items — each listing states the exact width and the lengths available, and our team is glad to help you choose before you buy: email admin@silverchains.com.au.
Faulty items
Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund — whichever the law provides. Return postage for confirmed faults is on us.
